For more than 100 years, American Greetings has made it easy for consumers to find the perfect card to express, connect and celebrate with others. To help launch a new product for American Greetings, Northlich helped capture this feeling online through an interactive quiz that allowed consumers to assess their own personal “love stage”, which led them to a set of recommended greeting cards and corresponding retail locations. In just one month, the quiz received more than 2 million impressions and the click-through rate doubled industry averages.
