Building a reputation in the community begins with building strong relationships with those who are passionate about your brand and of course shoes! Most recently for DSW, we designed an ambassador program (aka Agents of Chic) that identified and empowered a group of local fashionistas in specific markets to help build the buzz around the two new DSW grand openings. Agents were armed with fabulous tees and marketing collateral to show their shoe love for the new DSW stores and promote grand opening events. In both markets, Agents of Chic contributed to over 60 percent of the grand opening night attendance and the shoe buzz continues today.
