Northlich approaches conventions as a way to support sales force activity and to create a brand engagement environment. For the Iams 2009 conventions, Northlich developed the Veterinary Scientific Investigation experience for veterinary professionals to live and breathe the Iams brand. Booth visitors were invited to participate in a live show with our scientific investigators where they were able to solve a real world case of canine dietary upset. The insight that was leveraged and brought to life was that veterinary professionals often think of themselves as investigators and take a problem/solution approach to dealing with pet needs.
