For the first time in 40 years, Long John Silver’s sought to reach America’s health-conscious consumers with its new Freshside Grille menu. We needed to honor the strong brand equity of the chain, and at the same time communicate that fast food can be healthy. We designed an integrated campaign focusing on the menu’s unique selling point that premium seafood is better for you. Since the campaign launch, sales increased by 10.6 percent and media impressions reached over 150 million.
