Kathy brings a unique background as an agency leader with several decades of business and financial experience. She joined Northlich in 2000 and was serving as chief operating officer when she took the top job in January 2008. In addition, she has 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience with major corporations such as Arthur Anderson & Company (now Accenture), Federated Department Stores (now Macy’s) and Coca-Cola Bottling Group (now part of Coca-Cola Enterprises).

Kathy holds a BA in economics and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, where she sits on the Business Advisory Council at the College of Business. She is a trustee and president of the board of the Cincinnati Ballet Company, regional director of the American Association of Advertising Agencies board of directors, member of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce Agenda 360°, an executive member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and a mentor at Oyler Elementary School.
