Northlich Promotes 11 Top Performing Staff Across Villages

CINCINNATI (October 22, 2009) – Northlich, a brand engagement agency headquartered in Cincinnati with offices in Columbus and Cleveland, announced promotions for 11 of its top performing staff from its account services, public relations and creative departments.
Account Services
- Amber DeBarr – Amber DeBarr was promoted to Account Supervisor in the Health and Wellness Village. She has been recognized for her achievements in managing relationships for two major clients at Northlich — The Ohio State University Medical Center and Cardinal Health. Amber has and will continue to strategically develop integrated marketing campaigns and drive integrated promotional activities for Northlich’s health and wellness clients.
- Katy Garibay – Katy Garibay was promoted to Social Contact Planner in the Retail Village, a newly created position as part of Northlich’s commitment to engaging consumers with brands where and when they are most receptive. Katy’s proven ability to bridge the gap between traditional and digital marketing for clients such as Long John Silver’s, Ohio Lottery and American Greetings, continues to add tremendous value to clients.
- Andi Hickman – Andi Hickman (formerly Crawford) was promoted to Management Supervisor in the Retail Village. She has been an invaluable member of the Long John Silver’s engagement team, strengthening internal and client relationships by leading efforts in concept development, consumer research, brand strategy, creative development and production, and promotional concepting.
- Rachel Lapps – Rachel Lapps was promoted to Account Manager in the Influencer Marketing Village. During the past two years she has been with Northlich, Rachel has proven her ability to handle projects in a turnkey fashion and with high quality execution for clients such as Procter & Gamble’s Iams brand and Avon.
- Kristin Margolin – Kristin Margolin was promoted to Account Manager in the Consumer Village. She has increased her knowledge in the digital space and built stronger relationships with clients such as White Castle and Birds Eye. Kristin consistently exceeds expectations through her enthusiastic and passionate attitude towards her clients.
- Maria Van Etten – Maria Van Etten was promoted to Account Manager in the Retail Village. She has been a consistently positive force for her teammates and has been instrumental in providing excellent service to the Long John Silver’s clients in a challenging business environment.
Public Relations
- Lindsy Delco – Lindsy Delco was promoted to Account Supervisor in Northlich’s Health and Wellness Village. She has been an instrumental leader in fostering and managing client engagements for American Greetings and The Ohio State University Medical Center through a range of integrated marketing efforts, including public relations, social media and digital programs.
- Preeti Thakar – Preeti Thakar was promoted to Account Supervisor in the Retail Village. For the past year, Preeti has been a stalwart and integral part of client teams, including Long John Silver’s and Macy’s and has emerged as an agency thought leader in the social media space. Her success and team leadership for Long John Silver’s campaigns have helped cement an already robust agency/client relationship and growth potential.
Creative
- Marisa Covert – Marisa Covert was promoted to Senior Art Director in the Health and Wellness Village. She has pushed the thinking of Northlich’s Health and Wellness Village clients with passion, commitment, originality and optimism. She has accepted challenge after challenge with a smile and always delivers beyond expectations.
- Brian Nelson – Brian Nelson was promoted to Art Director in the Retail Village. From his committed work ethic, original ideas and unique design skills, Brian has demonstrated a passion for 360 thinking for clients such as Long John Silver’s, totes and the Ohio Lottery.
- Dan Rapp – Dan Rapp was promoted to Vice President/Creative Director in the Retail Village. For more than 14 years, Dan has been committed to his clients and his colleagues with his passionate work ethic, smart insights and his creative leadership in the Retail Village for clients such as Long John Silver’s and the Ohio Lottery.
