our villages

We live and work in “Villages” rather than functional departments. We have designed our agency to work in cross-functional client groups we call “Villages,” with a capital V (that means they’re important). This organizational design, which includes talent and expertise from each agency competency, provides a framework for knowledge sharing across relevant categories, allows for game-changing idea generation and allows teams to “go deep” on behavioral understanding most relevant to their clients.

We find our Villages cultivate integrated ideation and creativity. This tends to be a very organic, fluid process. Each Village is led by an Ideation and Engagement Director who work closely together to determine the best team for a specific project. It may be a “traditional” art director/copywriter team or it may be a Creative Collective that includes public relations, media or word-of-mouth experts along with art directors, designers and/or copywriters. It’s all about customizing an approach that best leverages the combined expertise of that Village.
