Liz Phillips

Chief Client and Strategy Officer

Described by her coworkers as smart, insightful, pragmatic and savvy, Liz has more than 15 years of strategy, marketing and account leadership experience with a focus in healthcare. She brings a blend of industry, agency and nonprofit perspective to the table.

Prior to joining Northlich, Liz led the corporate development team at The Arthritis Foundation’s national office and oversaw their vision, strategy and corporate development. She also led cross-functional teams responsible for revenue generation and optimization of multiple product channels. Before that, she was VP of marketing and program management with PatientPoint, where she was responsible for strategic growth and utilization for a national media network of print and digital office-based health-education programs. During her career, Liz held client leadership roles within Northlich that included new product development and leadership of influencer marketing for Procter & Gamble health, beauty and femcare brands. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Outside of work, Liz is a travel addict. She has been to more than 10 countries in the past five years and can’t wait for her next adventure.
