Quirky, courageous and entrepreneurial, Nicole is energized by the creativity, personalities and relationships in the advertising world. She’s learned the value of worrying less about what others are up to and focusing on doing her best work so others can be inspired to follow her lead. Instead of always trying to “get out of the woods,” Nicole focuses on living her best life in them.
Nicole started her working life at age 15 running the cash register and polishing apples at Smokey Bear Market in Connecticut; she went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration from Northern Kentucky University. Her professional experience includes time as an account supervisor with Intrinzic, where she worked on U.S. Bank/U.S. Bancorp, CTI, Western & Southern Financial and more. She performed PR and marketing communications for REDI Cincinnati, a division of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, and was a senior account supervisor with Eric Mower + Associates. Most recently, Nicole worked with Ulmer & Berne LLP as their regional marketing manager, supporting the firm’s client service marketing, communications and strategic consultative services.
At Northlich, Nicole partners with clients to help them reach their goals. She translates client needs into detailed creative briefs, develops new strategies and takes time to understand the industries and businesses of her clients to provide thought leadership and strategic insights. Nicole works on Gold Star, Rotex, Hogan Financial and Visa.
Outside of work, Nicole is inspired by her family and friends, who are forever there for one another to listen, laugh, celebrate, console and lift each other up. Nicole enjoys helping her kids with school and art projects, and loves mystery novels and horror movies.
