While her friends were flipping burgers and making ice cream cones, 16-year-old Sandy was working at General Electric Credit Corporation, approving and denying credit for customers. She hasn’t slowed down since. Inspired by finding organization inside chaos, Sandy is constantly honing her skills of providing human resources support, improving processes, collaborating with leadership teams to develop strategic initiatives, and building human resources infrastructures from the ground up.
Sandy’s expansive career has been driven largely by her entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to her time at GE Money/GE Capital, she has worked for the Cincinnati USA Chamber of Commerce, Paycor and Garretson Resolution Group. She also moonlighted as the owner and jill-of-all-trades of a local restaurant frequented by Cincinnati bigwigs including Jerry Springer.
At Northlich, Sandy works hard to hire great people, research and manage benefit offerings, and facilitate performance management and career growth to support the agency’s success. Sandy loves the emotional experience behind powerful advertising messages and cherishes friendships with her coworkers.
Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the great outdoors, where she hikes glaciers, meadows and forests, swims with stingrays and strolls many parks with beloved pets. She and her husband have a lifelong goal to visit a different national park each year, and have enjoyed 14 of them to date.
