Kathy Selker will speak on how ethics drive her decision-making
CINCINNATI (November 10, 2015) — Northlich president and CEO Kathy Selker is proud to be a mentor to those she works with as well as to many others in the community. She’s known as a leader who relies on her ethics when making tough decisions, and she’ll share how she does that as the featured speaker at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Chapter Wrap Event.
“To me, ethical leadership is about the way we treat our clients, customers and coworkers,” said Selker. “Our goal is to be an organization where people want to work hard, do well and make a difference. It’s important that our values align with our clients. When that happens we are able to jointly and successfully launch their business initiatives.”
The HBA connects industry leaders like Selker with women in Cincinnati looking to obtain cross-industry and cross-organizational perspectives from women in healthcare.
“The HBA is an organization close to my heart,” said Selker. “I know what it’s like to move up the ranks in the business world, and I’m proud I can help other women who are also driven to succeed.”
